To Qualify for 5.99% Financing:

  • 720+ FICO score
  • 2–3 years of documented rental ownership or management experience
  • Healthy property cash flow
  • DSCR of 1.25x or greater

This tier is reserved for high-quality assets and experienced operators.

 

Credit Score Tiers & Pricing Considerations

The pricing is based on current credit strength and risk profile:

  • 720+ FICO → Best rates and terms
  • 680–719 FICO → Competitive pricing with moderate adjustments
  • 650–679 FICO → Higher rates, lower leverage, stronger DSCR required

 

Minimum Loan Amount

The minimum loan amount for this DSCR rental refinance program is $50,000 for a single-family (1-unit) property, and $75,000 for 2–4 unit properties.

Loan amounts are available up to $2,000,000.

This program is intended for investment-grade transactions, not small balance consumer loans.

 

Cash-Out Refinance Options

For qualifying properties, cash-out is available when:

  • Equity remains within acceptable LTV thresholds
  • Property continues to meet DSCR requirements
